Key Performance Areas and Activities

Delivery Management
• Manage buy in from project stakeholders and the project team.
• Organize, manage, lead and control project resources
• Develop and manage project documentation required to effectively monitor and control project delivery including but not limited to Project Charter, Project management plans, Project Schedule, Project Budget, Communication plans, etc.
• Develop and deliver progress reports as per project requirements
• Manage project schedule and activities as per PMP
• Manage relevant project expenses and ensure that project stays within the approved budget.
• Ensure quality assurance of projects according to relevant goverance and standards requirements (PPO updates)
• Ensure that project deliverables are aligned to quality standards and meet client expectations.
• Ensure that project is executed within the agreed scope.
• Establish and maintain strict scope change processes.
• Identify and manage change management activites through relevant change management processes
• Use approved communication methods to communicate relevant project information to all relevant project stakeholders.
• Identify, mitigate and monitor project risks.
• Develop and maintain risk register for project
• Escalate project risks to Project Sponsor and Owner where relevant

Sales Support
• Identify external sales leads and prospective clients.
• Identify internal leads by identifying new business opportunities with existing clients.

Minimum Qualifications

A relevant degree or diploma

Recommeded Qualification

Professional Programme/ Project Management accreditation e.g. PgMP (PMI), MSP (APM Group)

Minimum Experience

Senior
5-7 years project management experience with experience in large,
complex, multi-disciplinary projects and management of distributed project resource teams.
Previous Project or Management leadership position with Coaching
experience.

Base
3-5 years project management experience.
Practical working knowledge of common project management methodologies, processes and toolsets (e.g. MS Project, Primervera, Project Portfolio Office(PPO))
